Located a private distance from Twin Springs Resort the Sunrise Lake Home offers private northwoods living with all the comforts of home. With its graceful lawn sweeping gently to the waters edge to its panoramic views of beautiful Pleasant Lake, listen, as nature is calling you home!! From the full length deck both above and below your family will gather to create those precious moments and family memories. The glorious sunrise welcomes your family each and every morning with its message of cheer.Rate information for 2009 $1675/week for 6 persons; $120/wk extra persons (all ages); Boat/motor/pontoon avail.(call to reserve) Deposit: $500 at time of reservation per week plus a damage deposit of $500 due at checkin (refunded by mail within 10 days of departure pending condition of rental unit)( 8 persons max. allowed) Check in: 4 PM Check out: 9 AM Please Note: If you are looking for a resort or private rental for heavy drinking or late night partying, please do not choose us! Jet Skiis not allowed on property. Sunrise is a non smoking rental. Sunrise Cancellation Policy Deposit returned (less $75) provided we receive 60 days notice and re-fill your vacancy. Re-filling of vacancy on a part time bsis or transferring existing resort guests does not qualify as a re-filled vacancy. Late arrivals or early departures billed at full weekly rate irregardless of reason.
